Fundada en el 2018, por alrededor de 30 ganaderos vecinos del municipio de San Nicolás Santa Bárbara y con el objetivo de apoyar el desarrollo del rubro ganadero en este sector, hoy en día continúan trabajando realizando y gestionando proyectos, para el bien de estos.
Desde sus inicios esta organización ha estado dirigida por el doctor Wenceslao Caballero quien ha fomentado su estilo de vida exitoso, a través del trabajo en familia, servicio a la comunidad y el deseo de compartir sus logros con las personas y ganaderos de San Nicolás.
Caballero cada aniversario de AGASAN, organiza junto a los miembros ganaderos y agricultores un evento denominado «El vaso de leche» el cual consiste que la población en general, sin ninguna restricción de género, política o credo, pueda disfrutar al pie de la vaca un delicioso vaso de leche gratuito.
