Pacientes del Hospital Escuela muestran mediante vídeos y fotografías la realidad de este centro asistencial, donde los pacientes son atendidos en carpas de plásticos y sin las condiciones adecuadas, además manifestaron que en el lugar no se cuenta con equipo médico, medicamentos ni insumos.
Según muestras las fotografías las carpas son hechas con plásticos viejos, los pacientes son atendidos en bancas y sillas, se encuentran sin protección y expuestos al contagio del coronavirus y a otras enfermedades, la mayoría de pacientes se mantienen sin descansar debido que en estas carpas no hay camillas.
Con estas imágenes se desnuda la realidad de la salud en Honduras, donde el gobierno junto a sus funcionarios maneja más de 100,000 millones de lempiras y los hospitales siguen sin medicamentos ni condiciones, además estos ya han colapsado debido a la pandemia del covi-19.
Durante el inicio de la pandemia el gobierno hablo tanto de los hospitales móviles equipados y con personal medico suficiente, para atender la pandemia del covi-19, dos meses después la población hondureña lo califican como una mentira donde seguramente esta pandemia dejara nuevos millonarios.
También se ha menciona que el gobierno, mediante las autoridades de Hospital Escuela han prohibido la entrada de cámaras a este centro asistencial, además que muchos medios nacionales no muestran la realidad debido al compromiso con el mandatario por la pausa publicitaria que les paga el estado.
