Santa Bárbara Honduras. www.loschuñas.com. El Sistema Nacional De Gestión De Riesgo SINAGER, informó la noche del pasado jueves 8 de octubre que se reportaron 40 nuevo caso de coronavirus para el departamento de Santa Bárbara, para sumar un total de 2,287 desde el inicio de la pandemia en Honduras.

 Los nuevos pacientes infectado con el virus son vecinos del municipio de: 12 Santa Bárbara, 6 Azacualpa, 6 Naranjito, 6 Arada,5 San Nicolás, 2 San Pedro Zacapa, 2 San Vicente Centenario y 1 Trinidad, cabe mencionar que la mayoría de estos casos son atendidos en sus casas de habitación por personal de la región de salud que dirige el doctor Benjamín López.

También se informó que se han recuperado 18 personas más, con lo que cifra de pacientes recuperados es de 1,186 personas, además un total de 76 personas   han muerto a causa de este virus, las brigadas médicas visitan todo el departamento realizando pruebas PCR para identificar a personas contagiadas con el Covid-19.
