La secretaria de Finanzas sin fondos para pago de empleados público

Honduras. www.loschuñas.com. El pago de salarios de los empleados públicos, el financiamiento de los gastos para enfrentar la pandemia del COVID-19 y otros compromisos estatales de tres meses se harán vía recursos externos, señaló la Secretaría de Finanzas, ante la falta de ingresos a las arcas del estado.

En un comunicado emitida por la secretaria de Finanzas, Rocío Tabora, se señala que la caída de los ingresos fiscales debido a la crisis económica provocada por el coronavirus, las arcas estatales no pueden hacer frente a los salarios y demás obligaciones con los recursos propios, por lo que deben buscar fuentes alternas de financiamiento o prestamos en organismos internacionales y países cooperantes.   

Tabora manifestó que debido a lo anterior se debe realizar incorporación de recursos externos gestionados y autorizados por el Congreso Nacional para paliar esta crisis y que permita cumplir con las obligaciones salariales de los meses de junio, Julio y agosto a todos los empleados públicos y otros compromisos.

Igualmente deben remitir en formato digital el detalle de estructuras presupuestarias de salarios y colaterales para financiar tres meses junio, julio y agosto. Para las instituciones descentralizadas, la funcionaria recomienda remitir la autorización de su órgano superior para realizar la gestión ante la SEFIN.

las instituciones descentralizadas ya realizaron la carga de la planilla salarial de junio en el SIREP, deben proceder a solicitar el cambio de estado con base a los requerimientos que se emitirán. Tramite que se debe hacer lo más rápido posible para evitar atrasos en los pagos.
