Los bares, discotecas, cines, gimnasios, teatros, complejos deportivos, centros de convenciones y centros educativos en sus niveles de primaria, secundaria y superior, tienen prohibido operar a nivel nacional, así como reuniones en casas particulares de más de diez personas.
