De 94 pruebas PCR procesadas por el Laboratorio Nacional de Virología para detectar la enfermedad, 41 dieron positivo.
Los nuevos 41 casos son de los municipios de: San Nicolas 12, San Luis 9, Santa Bárbara 5, Naranjito 5, San José de Colinas 3, Las Vegas 2, San Pedro Zacapa 2, Quimistan 1, San Vicente 1 y Concepción Sur 1.
Se reportó la muerte confirmada de 2 personas por coronavirus, elevando las víctimas por la enfermedad a 199 desde el inicio de la pandemia en Honduras.
También informó que la cifra total de personas que han vencido la enfermedad es de 3,420 / ARSS
