El hecho se suscitó en el sector López Arellano de Choloma, el pasado domingo 24 de enero del presente año, cuando la madre de la menor supuestamente inició con el trabajo de parto y fue asistida por una partera.
En el lugar se encontraban varias personas ayudando, entre ellas una mujer que se llevó a la recién nacida, por un supuesto trato que tenía con la madre, lo cual desmintió la joven y denuncio a la femenina.
La madre de la víctima, acudió ayer lunes, a interponer formal denuncia de que había sido obligada a entregar a su hija recién nacida y que conocía a la persona que la tenía, por lo que de inmediato, los agentes coordinaron con la Fiscalía de Turno del sector y se trasladaron a verificar la información, la cual resultó ser positiva y así procedieron a recuperar la niña.
Al interrogar a la persona que tenía en su poder a la recién nacida, esta manifestó que meses antes habían llegado a un acuerdo con la madre y que tenía testigos, se determinó entregar a la recién nacida a su progenitora, y fueron llevadas a un centro hospitalario para ser evaluadas.
Mientras tanto, se realizan las investigaciones del caso, a fin de corroborar la versión de ambas partes para proceder judicialmente contra la mujer que tenía a la niña, esta puede ser acusada de rapto de menores. Redacción Alex Sabillón.
