Requerimiento fiscal contra seis policías y nueve civiles por tráfico de 50 kilos de supuesta cocaína

Tocoa, Colón. La Sección Antidrogas de la Fiscalía Especial Contra el Crimen Organizado (FESCCO) interpuso este lunes requerimiento fiscal contra 15 personas detenidas el pasado fin de semana en posesión de 50 kilos de supuesta cocaína en Tocoa, Colón.

Se trata de seis policías y nueve civiles, a quienes la Dirección de Lucha Contra el Narcotráfico (DLCN) les seguía la pista y tras acciones coordinadas con la Fiscalía del Bajo Aguán y la Fuerza de Tarea Xatruch, se procedió a efectuar un allanamiento de morada en la colonia San Isidro del municipio de Tocoa, donde se hizo el hallazgo del cargamento del estupefaciente.

Los miembros de la Dirección Policial de Investigaciones (DPI) son: Adín Noel Morales Zelaya, Kevin Ariel Gonzáles Chávez, Rosell Obed Alfaro Joaquín, Oscar Rolando Casco Banegas, Henry Antonio Murillo Olivera y Erick Eusebio Sauceda Alonzo.

Las otras personas encausadas responden a los nombres de: Rafael Turcios Méndez, Manuel Onofre Pineda Castro, Bornie Daren Norman Dilver, Luis Reynaldo López Guzmán, Jorge Francisco Hernández Roque, Fanny Danelia Avilés Díaz, Jorge Alejandro Melgar Durán, Ramón Darío Ramos García y Cristhian Orlando Gutiérrez Montes.

Según el escrito de acusación, detectives de la DLCN, empleando técnicas especiales de investigación, descubrieron que en ese sector se escondía la droga y al hacer el allanamiento encontraron los 50 kilos de supuesta cocaína, 14 teléfonos móviles, cuatro pistolas, cinco cargadores, un fusil y cinco vehículos.

La causa, la FESCCO la promovió ante un Juez con Jurisdicción Nacional en Tegucigalpa.
