Danlí, El Paraíso, Honduras. www.loschuñas.com. La Fiscalía Regional del Ministerio Público (MP) en conjunto con Agentes de la Dirección Policial de Investigación (DPI) y efectivos de la Policía Nacional coordinaron y ejecutaron esta mañana cuatro allanamientos para proceder a la aprehensión de personas ligadas a varios ilícitos penales en el oriente del país.
Los cuatro allanamientos se ejecutaron en la colonia “Los Arcos”, barrio “La Reforma” y en la aldea “Quebrada Larga” del municipio de Danlí, departamento de El Paraíso, éste resultó en el decomiso de dos armas que constituyen indicios que serán sometidos a pericia para la constatación de los delitos que se investigan y se permita individualizar la responsabilidad penal contra los detenidos.
Los detenidos de esta operación responden a los nombres de Fausto Danilo Briseño Vallecillo a quien se le supone responsable de haber cometido el delito de robo con fuerza en perjuicio de testigo protegido, además Orly Alejandro Briseño Vallecillo y David Antonio Cerrato Pérez a quienes se les supone responsables del delito de tenencia ilegal de arma de fuego, en perjuicio del orden público.
Es así que la Fiscalía de Turno presentará en las próximas horas acciones penales en contra de estas tres personas y en la audiencia de declaración de imputado pedirá al juez competente la detención judicial para continuar el proceso penal en contra de los encausados. Fuente Ministerio Público.
