Policia Nacional de Santa Bárbara captura a sujeto por suponerlo responsable de homicidio en su grado de ejecución de tentativa

Santa Bárbara, Honduras. www.loschuñas.com Mediante labores de patrullaje, funcionarios policiales asignados a la Unidad Departamental de Prevención #16 (UDEP-16) dieron detención a una persona por suponerlo responsable del delito homicidio en su grado de ejecución de tentativa.

Se trata de un jornalero de 29 años, originario de la aldea de Victoria del municipio de Atíma y residente en el municipio de Santa Bárbara.  

La acción policial fue ejecutada en aldea Ceibita Sur de la cabecera departamental por funcionarios de la Dirección Nacional de Prevención y Seguridad Comunitaria (DNPSC). Asignados al Distrito 16-01.

El arrestado tiene una orden de captura, emitida desde el 22 de  septiembre del 2017 por el Juzgado de Letras Unificado de la Sección Judicial de Santa Bárbara.

Por lo anterior, el imputado fue puesto a la orden del Juzgado que emitió su formal arresto, para que se continúe con el proceso que por ley corresponde.
