Choluteca, Honduras. www.loschuñas.com Agentes de investigación de la Policía Nacional capturaron a un sujeto por la supuesta violación calificada de su hija de 14 años.
En cumplimiento a una orden de captura, la Dirección Policial de Investigaciones DPI, reportó la actividad operativa en barrio El Centro municipio de Choluteca.
El capturado es labrador de 38 años, es originario y residente en la aldea Tablones Arriba municipio de Santa Ana de Yusguare.
De acuerdo al expediente investigativo, el sospechoso habría abusado sexualmente de su propia hija desde, hasta que la familia decidió reportar al ente correspondiente a formalizar la denuncia.
La orden de captura fue emitida por el Juzgado de Letras Sección Judicial de Choluteca con fecha 13 de octubre del 2021. La DPI lo remitirá a los Juzgados competentes para que responda por los delitos que se le acusa.
