Municipalidad de Gualala invertirá en salud fondos que recibirá del estado de Honduras

Santa Bárbara Honduras. www.loschuñas.com.  Con fondos que se recibirán del gobierno central se acondiciona sala para atender posibles casos de COVID-19 en el municipio de Gualala, el local que será utilizado y se trabaja en su mejoramiento, está ubicado en la aldea de Santa Rosita.

Marco Antonio Fernández alcalde del municipio de Gualala, en una reunión con las fuerzas vivas detalló la forma como se invertirán los fondos que en los próximos días se recibirán, por parte del estado de Honduras, los cuales servirán para invertirse en el área de salud. 

El edil manifestó que se está acondicionando un local en la aldea de Santa Rosita, donde habrá camillas, algún equipo médico, medicamento y personal de salud para atender a los vecinos de Gualala, si en algún momento se contagiaran de coronavirus, a lo cual dijo que espera se mantenga en cero como hasta ahora.

Fernández dijo, que se contratará un médico, enfermeras y de ser posible un epidemiólogo, también informó que se compraran 200.000.00 lempiras en medicamentos, estos con fondos municipales, los cuales servirán para todas aquellas vecinas que padezcan enfermedades como diabetes e hipertensión y otras.  

En la reunión se informó que habrá un médico visitando casa por casa en todo el municipio, donde se tomará la presión, muestras para detectar diabetes y otras enfermedades, este trabajo se hará durante tres meses, tiempo en el cual se espera recorrer todas las comunidades del municipio y el casco urbano.

Los fondos que se recibirán por parte del estado de Honduras son distribuidos así: 50% partes iguales a todos los municipios 422,297.30 lempiras, población proyectada 38,516,56. lempiras, 30% casos positivos 0 lempiras, transferencia adicional 450,816.00 lempiras y 45% de transferencia neta mensual 516,855.60 lempiras.

Cabe mencionar que el municipio de Gualala no recibió dinero por el porcentaje del 30% por casos Covid-19 positivos, pues hasta el momento no hay en el municipio, estos fondos aún no han llegado a las arcas de la municipalidad, a espera de recibir los mismos para iniciar el trabajo y contratación de personal de Salud.
