De acuerdo a la señora Clarissa Rivera de Atima, Santa Bárbara, sus dos tíos y una tercera persona se encontraban en uno de los automóviles accidentados, ellos fueron identificados como Heyler Fernando Rivera Santos 22 años de edad, Jimmy José Rivera Santos 27 años de edad y un primo de ellos de nombre Misael Santos, este último se encuentra ingresado en un hospital, mientras que de los otros dos aún no se conoce su paradero.
