Luego del asesinato del abogado Melvin Edgardo Bonilla Mejía perpetrado la mañana de ayer jueves en la colonia Alameda de la capital, un equipo dirigido por la Fiscalía Especial de Delitos Contra la Vida (FEDCV) ejecutó siete allanamientos de morada en la colonia Bernardo Dazzi donde recolectaron indicios claves para esclarecer el hecho.
Se trata de tres armas de fuego, una calibre 22 mm, otra calibre 380 mm y finalmente una 9 mm, siendo esta última la que se presume se utilizó en el acto de sicariato en el que perdió la vida el exjuez.
Otros indicios son una motocicleta, un casco, una chumpa y un calzado tipo tenis, que según las investigaciones preliminares habrían sido utilizados por el autor material del crimen; además se decomisaron cuatro teléfonos celulares.
Todos estos hallazgos e indicios hechos entra la tarde y la noche de ayer, serán cotejados por peritos forenses.
De momento, una persona ha sido detenida para investigación, mientras conforme a las diligencias coordinadas por los Fiscales de la Sección de Investigación de Muertes de Personas pertenecientes a Grupos Sociales Vulnerables de la FEDCV, en conjunto con la Dirección Policial de Investigaciones (DPI), se individualiza la responsabilidad penal de a quien se ha identificado como el autor material del hecho y así seguir con la autoría intelectual.
En tal sentido, no se descarta la presentación del respectivo Requerimiento Fiscal. Fuente Ministerio Publico.
