La víctima fue identificada  Julio César Velásquez quien se encontraba durmiendo en un cuarto de su vivienda.

El hecho sangriento sucedió en  horas de la noche de ayer  domingo, según familiares de la víctima, los asesinos  entraron por la fuerza a la casa y sin mediar palabras, atacaron a tiros al fallecido.

Habitantes de la zona después de  escuchar  una fuerte balacera en  la casa del vecino,  alertaron a las autoridades Policiales, quienes acudieron al lugar para verificar  el hecho. ARSS
