Menor es capturado por agentes policiales en posesión de un arma tipo fusil en Santa Bárbara

Santa Bárbara, Honduras. www.loschuñas.com La Policía Nacional a través de la Unidad Departamental de Policía #16 (UDEP-16), mediante patrullaje de rutina, requirió a un menor, al cual se le supone responsable de la infracción penal de porte ilegal de arma de fuego de uso comercial.

Este menor infractor de 16 años, es originario de Puerto Barrios Guatemala, residente en la aldea Santo Domingo, Quimistán Santa Bárbara.

La acción policial fue efectuada por los agentes de la Dirección Nacional de Prevención y Seguridad Comunitaria (DNPSC) asignados en este departamento occidental.

Al momento de ser requerido, al infractor se le decomisó un arma de fuego, tipo fusil, marca Remingtom 66, y un cartucho metálico, color amarillo, sin percutir.

Posteriormente, el aprehendido fue trasladado a las oficinas de la Dirección Policial de Investigaciones (DPI) de esta jurisdicción para el respectivo procedimiento legal.
