Honduras. El presidente del Consejo Central Ejecutivo del Partido Liberal CCEPL, Luis Zelaya, denunció este domingo que el actual gobierno, pretende modificar el calendario electoral, suspender las elecciones internas y después las generales y con ello quedarse en el poder.
Hace unos días el ex presidenciable Salvador Nasralla, denuncio que el actual mandatario pretende quedarse en el poder, hoy el ex candidato del partido Liberal de Honduras Luis Zelaya también se ha sumado a esta denuncia, argumentando que de esta forma pretende evadir la justicia americana, tras supuestos señalamientos por una corte del país del norte.
El dirigente político se refirió a la crisis sanitaria por la que atraviesa Honduras a causa de la pandemia del COVID-19 y en ese sentido, Zelaya cree que no está siendo bien manejada por el actual gobierno, porque se hacen muy pocas pruebas y la tasa de mortalidad es muy alta, además de un presupuesto elevado manejado con poca transparencia.
Lamentó que, en medio de la pandemia, ya se escuchan voces desde el mismo Partido Nacional, que buscan trastocar el calendario electoral, ya que en Honduras no hay dos procesos electorales pues los comicios internos y generales son un solo procedimiento, al suspenderse las internas, se trastoca todo.
En ese sentido, denunció que el objetivo del Partido Nacional es mantenerse en el poder, para eso pretenden eliminar las elecciones primarías, lo que indica que el siguiente paso será eliminar los comicios generales, porque es la única forma de evadir la justicia norteamericana.
Expresó que no hay avance en la lucha contra la corrupción y la impunidad, ya que sacaron del país a la Misión de Apoyo Contra la Corrupción y la Impunidad en Honduras MACCIH además, cercenaron las facultades del Ministerio Público y con esas acciones solo han buscado blindarse.
Además, hay que añadir que el nuevo Código Penal, favorece más a los corruptos, esos han sido objetivos constantes. Buscan evadir la justicia y para eso pretenden quedarse en el poder, mediante una Constituyente o bien un autogolpe de Estado.
Lamento mucho que el actual fiscal general, no ha hecho nada ante los señalamientos en contra del mandatario Hernández, por parte de la justicia norteamericana, estoy seguro que mientras sigan gobernando para proteger a los corruptos en Honduras todo va seguir igual.
