 Este día, los policías desarrollaban un patrullaje de seguridad y detectaron a un sujeto sospechoso por lo que de inmediato fue requerido. La persona detenida es un sujeto de 39 años de edad, originario de Santa Bárbara y residente en la colonia Nueva Inversión, San Pedro Sula, considerado integrante de un Grupo Delictivo Organizado reconocido como, Los Olanchanos. 

 Tras un registro a él se le decomisó, 69 bolsitas trasparentes conteniendo supuesta marihuana, un radio comunicador color negro.

Durante su arresto el imputado intentó darse a la fuga originándose una persecución que culminó con la captura del sospechoso.

 Al detenido se le documenta expediente investigativo para luego ser remitido a la orden de la Fiscalía de turno de San Pedro Sula, Cortés, para continuar con el procedimiento legal competente. Fuente Policía Nacional.
