La detención se ejecutó mediante patrullajes en el sector de asignación, donde los agentes recibieron denuncia verbal sobre los ilícitos. Al sospechoso se le supone responsable del delito de maltrato familiar.
Se trata de un jornalero de 47 años, residente en aldea Guayabito San Nicolás Santa Bárbara, lugar de la detención.
Al momento de requerirlo se le informó sus derechos como detenido de manera legal y constitutiva de los delitos antes manifestados.
El individuo fue puesto a la orden de las autoridades correspondientes, para que se prosiga con lo establecido en ley y responda por el delito al que se le acusa. ARSS
