Honduras. www.loschuñas.com La jefa de la Unidad de Vigilancia de la Salud UVS, de la Secretaría de Salud, Karla Pavón, informo la mañana de este viernes tres nuevos casos de hongo negro, sumando un total de 15 casos en Honduras.
La funcionaria manifestó que se habían detectado 12 casos en las últimas semanas y eso nos hizo movernos hacia los hospitales a hacer investigaciones y verificamos que hay 15 casos de mircomicosis ya en el país.
Pavón informo que el departamento con más casos es Choluteca, ya que es el epicentro de esta enfermedad asociada al Covid-19.
Sugirió a los hondureños que es importante que lleguen a tiempo a buscar consulta médica, pues es muy preocupante que los pacientes están llegando muy tarde a los hospitales y esto no se trata de forma ambulatoria, recuerden que esta enfermedad si no es tratada con tiempo mata, dijo.
Expreso que las autoridades de salud están muy preocupadas con el aumento de casos, ya que cuatro hondureños más murieron a causa de la enfermedad en los últimos días sumando 10 los fallecidos de los 15 casos que se han detectado en el país. Redacción ARSS
