Honduras. www.loschuñas.com. El presidente hondureño, Juan Orlando Hernández, anunció ayer miércoles que su Gobierno solicitará a la Mesa Multisectorial para la Apertura Económica y Social adoptar nuevas medidas para frenar el aumento de casos de covid-19.
Estamos claros que se viene un repunte significativo de casos, estamos claros que hay relajamiento de parte de la población, dijo el gobernante hondureño luego de reunirse de emergencia con el Gabinete Económico y Social y directores regionales de Salud para conocer un informe sobre el aumento de contagios por el coronavirus.
.El ministro coordinador General de Gobierno, Carlos Madero, dijo que el Honduras está en alerta máxima, definitivamente la covid-19 va para arriba y las estadísticas nos dicen que estamos entrando a un nuevo pico, expreso.
Madero manifestó, hay una realidad, una alta contaminación de personas que se da en los hogares, por lo tanto, no necesariamente el confinamiento va a disminuir la transmisión del virus, eso tenemos que tenerlo claro.
En diciembre pasado, los casos de covid-19 reportaron un aumento del 42 % debido a la relajación de la población y no adoptar las medidas de bioseguridad, como el uso de mascarilla, distanciamiento social y el lavado constante de manos con agua, jabón y gel, finalizo diciendo el funcionario.
