En audiencia preliminar se formalizó acusación y se solicitó Auto de Apertura a Juicio en contra de Gery Obed Cardona del Arca por el delito de tráfico ilícito de droga y contra Gilberto Murcia Fuentes por el delito de consumo de drogas.

Mientras tanto, en la causa en contra de Norin Alexander Alfaro Fernández, acusado por el delito de homicidio en su grado de ejecución de tentativa en perjuicio de José Arnaldo Fernández, se programó audiencia inicial para el próximo 3 de marzo.

Finalmente, Fiscales de Santa Bárbara apelarán la resolución de sobreseimiento definitivo dictado a José Alexi Rivera Rápalo por el delito de tráfico de droga en su modalidad de transporte. Fuente Ministerio Publico
