Entre las pruebas contra Juan Orlando Hernández están testimonios de narcotraficantes que son testigos colaboradores de la Agencia Antidrogas DEA, investigaciones, fotografías de Hernández  con los capos y de armas de fuego, entre otras.

La defensa de Juan Orlando Hernández  espera  esta documentación que es una  investigación en poder de la Agencia Central de Inteligencia CIA, quienes investigaron  a Hernández durante su primer mandato presidencial.

Los abogados y el detective Ángel Martínez -también parte de la defensa de Hernández- son las personas que lo ven todos los días y manifestaron  que durante el encuentro del fin de semana Hernández les comunicó que está emocionado y que muy pronto lo esperen en Honduras.

Hernández está siendo respaldado por una comunidad judía en Nueva York conformada por cinco mil personas, ellos financiarán la fianza de tres millones de dólares si es que el juez Castel la acepta la misma. El líder de esta comunidad es el rabino Aaron Lankry. ARSS
