Dicho monto se percibió por concepto de impuestos a favor del Estado de Honduras ya que, en su momento, Jorge Paez Sánchez dejó de realizar el pago por la cantidad antes señalada.
Según la ivestigación dirigida por la Fiscalía, Paez Sánchez, fue detenido en Trojes, El Paraíso, cuando se conducía con un camión que al momento de requisarlo por la Polícia Nacional, transportaba alrededor de 300 quintales de frijoles ya listos para su comercializacion.
Cabe destacar, que por este mismo caso la Fiscalía presentó un requerimiento fiscal por el delito de contrabando. Tomado de la fuente del Ministerio Publico.
