Fiscales en El Progreso, Yoro, presentan pruebas para esclarecer delitos contra mujeres

San Pedro Sula, Cortés. – Con la presentación de pruebas admitidas en su totalidad por los Tribunales de Justicia, agentes de tribunales del Ministerio Público, pretenden demostrar la participación de varios acusados en delitos contra mujeres en la ciudad de El Progreso, Yoro.

Dentro de los casos, se destaca la medida de prisión preventiva dictada contra Noé Caibil López López como supuesto responsable de femicidio en concurso ideal con el delito de aborto en perjuicio de su expareja, Rosa Isabel Osorto Díaz.

Noé Caibil López, ultimó a su exmujer el 8 de julio de 2021 en la colonia Alemania en El Progreso, Yoro, y su detención se produjo el pasado 25 de febrero en aldea Mezapa en Tela, Atlántida, donde trató de evadir la justicia y contra quien pendía una orden de capturada librada por el Juzgado de Letras de lo Penal en fecha 19 de julio de 2021.

En otro expediente, se informa que Henry Fabricio Velásquez Castro fue condenado a la pena de nueve años de reclusión por el delito de violación en perjuicio de una dama; y se desarrolla audiencia en la causa contra Erick Sandro Juárez Carranza por actos de lujuria agravada y en contra de Dionisio Trochez Martínez por otras agresiones sexuales agravadas.

En audiencia de proposición de pruebas, fueron admitidas en su totalidad las presentadas en la causa contra Rolando López García por violación, Roberto Aquino Pérez por homicidio en perjuicio de Luis Sorto y se formalizó acusación a Jeffry Alberto Alvarado Licona, por homicidio en perjuicio de Atos López Núñez.
