San Pedro Sula, Cortés. Hasta una pena de sesenta años de reclusión podrían ser condenados dos hombres, que en audiencia de juico fueron declarados culpables como los responsables del haber asesinado a dos mujeres en la colonia Rubí número 2 en El Progreso, Yoro.

La Fiscalía Especial de Delitos Contra la Vida (FEDCV), en audiencia de juicio celebrada en los tribunales de justicia en El Progreso, Yoro, acreditó con pruebas científicas, testificales y periciales la participación de Fernando David Bueso Padilla y Rafael Antonio Salinas como responsables de dos delitos de femicidio agravado.

A los condenados se les responsabilizó penalmente del delito de femicidio agravado en perjuicio de las amigas Karla Patricia Banegas Rivera (15) y Daniela Alejandra Gonzales Sánchez (25) quienes desafortunadamente perdieron la vida en un hecho que ocurrió el 28 de noviembre de 2019 en la colonia “Rubí número 2” en El Progreso, Yoro.

Las mujeres habían salido de la casa de Daniela Alejandra ubicada en la colonia “Alemania” con destino a una pulpería, pero camino al negocio fueron interceptadas por individuos desconocidos quienes las trasladaron hasta una quebrada de la colonia “Rubí” donde las torturaron, abusaron sexualmente y finalmente les dieron muerte.

La FEDCV, con los argumentos expuestos durante el desarrollo del juicio no descarta pedir en base al artículo 208 del Código Penal Vigente, la pena máxima de treinta años por cada víctima para hacer un total de sesenta años de reclusión para cada uno de los responsables.
