Detención judicial contra responsables de homicidio de juez de paz de La Unión

Tegucigalpa, Francisco Morazán. – La fiscalía regional de Juticalpa, Olancho, presentó en las últimas horas requerimiento fiscal contra dos personas, a quienes agentes de la Policía Nacional dieron detención de manera infraganti por suponerles responsables del delito de asesinato en perjuicio de Reynell Alberto Funez Hernández, Juez de Paz de la Unión, Olancho.

Los agentes de la Dirección Policial de Investigaciones (DPI) y de la Dirección Nacional de Prevención y Seguridad Comunitaria (DNPSC), luego de un trabajo de vigilancia, detuvieron a Jheferson Orlando Cruz Arcile y Cristian Josué Flores Medina, en el barrio “El Recreo” y “La Luz”, respectivamente, del municipio de la Unión, Olancho.

De acuerdo a lo establecido en la investigación, el miércoles anterior en horas de la tarde, el ofendido se encontraba en su casa de habitación, parado en el portón principal de la casa, ubicada en “Areas Verdes” del municipio de la Unión.

En ese momento, de acuerdo a testigos oculares, se acercaron las dos personas en una motocicleta y se estacionaron en la parte de atrás de la casa del ahora occiso. Luego, se bajaron de la motocicleta y se dirigieron por la espalda a Funez Hernández y acto seguido, le dispararon con las armas que portaban.

Luego de presentado el requerimiento fiscal en horas de la noche se realizó la audiencia de declaración de imputado y en la misma se decretó la detención judicial. Tomado de la Fuente de El Ministerio Publico.
