Detención judicial a padre e hijo arrestados por La ATIC con droga oculta en llanta de repuesto de vehículo

San Pedro Sula, Cortés. Cuando circulaban sobre carretera CA-5 a bordo de un vehículo tipo pick, específicamente por el sector de La Barca, municipio de Santa Cruz de Yojoa, Cortés, la Fiscalía Especial Contra el Crimen Organizado (FESCCO) y la Agencia Técnica de Investigación Criminal (ATIC) arrestaron a dos ciudadanos en posesión de droga.

Por este hecho, en la audiencia de declaración de imputado fiscales de la Sección Antidrogas de la FESCCO, obtuvieron la detención judicial en contra de Marcelino Martínez y Denilson Marcelo Sánchez Meza, padre e hijo respectivamente, quienes se conducían en un pick up, marca Toyota Tacoma, con placas PBW 0775.

Como es costumbre, agentes del Departamento Contra el Crimen Organizado de la ATIC trasladaron a los capturados infraganti hasta la sede del Ministerio Público en SPS para su inspección como lo manda el protocolo en estos casos.

Ahí, técnicos en Procesamiento de la Escena del Crimen de la ATIC encontraron 80 paquetes de marihuana en el interior de la llanta de repuesto del vehículo decomisado.

Ambos procesados por la FESCCO por el delito de tráfico de drogas, se someterá a la audiencia inicial el próximo viernes 21 de enero de 2022, mientras tanto la droga será objeto de pericia por Medicina Forense para determinar la cantidad exacta de la droga.
