Santa Bárbara Honduras. Vecinos Lencas de la comunidad de Macholoa Santa Bárbara están preocupados ante supuestos tramites de títulos de propiedad por parte del Instituto Nacional Agrario INA a personas que han llegado a la aldea a comprar propiedades.
Los miembros del consejo Lenca Santa María Magdalena de la comunidad de Macholoa manifestaron su preocupación ante el periódico digital los chuñas, por el supuesto abuso de las autoridades del INA al hacer trámites de titulación de tierras en esta comunidad, la cual según ellos cuenta con un título ancestral debidamente registrado en el registro de la propiedad.
La comunidad Lenca recibió el título de parte de la corona española en el año 1713 el cual les da el legitimo derecho a poseer la tierra a todos los vecinos nacidos en la comunidad, y ser utilizada para viviendas y cultivo de granos básicos.
Ante esta situación el consejo étnico Lenca solicito al pleno de la corporación municipal de Santa Bárbara se obtuvieran de emitir constancias catastrales lo cual se les atendió dicha petición quedando prohibido este trámite, pero hoy en día se encontraron con la información que hay varias personas que están titulando y escriturando tierras que les pertenece con el visto bueno de la municipalidad y el INA.
Además, denunciaron que el jefe de catastro de Santa Bárbara fue medir un predio para ser utilizado como basurero municipal del municipio de San Nicolas, además de estar midiendo propiedades a personas que se quieren posesionar de la tierra.
Por lo que visitamos las oficinas de catastro para tener información del jefe de esta oficina, quien manifestó que se en efecto se midió un terreno que va ser utilizado por la municipalidad de San Nicolas para basurero municipal, pero que la persona que lo pretende vender tiene escritura de la propiedad, y las constancias que se emiten son aquellas personas que llevan su escritura o título de la tierra.
Mediante llamada telefónica tratamos de obtener la opinión del director noroccidental del Instituto Nacional Agrario INA Carlos Diaz, pero este no contesto el su teléfono por lo que no fue posible obtener su versión sobre la denuncia hecha por el consejo Lenca de Macholoa.
