Según el informe, dicha red opera al interior de la Secretaría de Salud en Honduras y que lidera la ministra de dicha institución, Alba Consuelo Flores, quien también fue denunciada.
Esta supuesta red de corrupción ha logrado estructurarse por venia de la titular de ese despacho, logrando posicionar a gente de confianza y sus familiares para la toma de decisiones estratégicas
El CNA informo que dicho grupo ha venido operando sin escrúpulos entre los años 2020 y 2021 mediante el otorgamiento de contratos, plazas y aumentos “desproporcionados” de salario en favor de familiares de la funcionaria y sujetos cercanos.
En el informe, el CNA añadió que se ha verificado que actualmente laboran para la Sesal varios familiares del gerente administrativo de la institución, Víctor René Juárez Valle, entre ellos, su hermana Dulce María Juárez Valle, con un sueldo de 34,192.27 lempiras; la esposa Silvia Esther Antúnez Nazar, con un sueldo de 59, 204.32 lempiras.
También la suegra Silvia Yolanda Nazar Hernández, con un sueldo de 78,753.61 lempiras, y dos cuñados Rony Napoleón Antúnez Nazar, con un sueldo de 58,625.26 lempiras y Daphne Graciela Antúnez Nazar, con un sueldo de 39, 585.89 lempiras.
Además laboran para la Sesal la esposa del subgerente de Recursos Humanos de la Sesal, Norman Geovany Flores Fonseca; Kelly Marissa Gómez Raudales, con un sueldo de 35 mil lempiras y la suegra Dora Marina Raudales Turcios, con un sueldo de L 25 mil lempiras.
