El detenido es un hombre acusado de matar a su propio hermano

Santa Bárbara, Honduras. www.loschuñas.com.   La Policía Nacional reporta este lunes la captura de un hombre que le dio muerte a su hermano en pelea por el amor de una mujer, hecho ocurrido en la comunidad de El Resumidero San Nicolas Santa Bárbara.  

Su arresto fue reportado por la Dirección Policial de Investigaciones DPI en la aldea Resumidero del municipio de San Nicolás. El sospechoso es un hombre de 28 años edad, es originario del municipio de Nuevo Celilac, Santa Bárbara y residente en el mismo lugar de la detención.

El ciudadano es solicitado mediante orden judicial girada el 11 de marzo del 2021, por el Juzgado de Letras Unificado de la Sección Judicial de Santa Bárbara. El motivo de la orden se debe a que se le siguen diligencias por suponerlo responsable del ilícito de asesinato en perjuicio de su hermano Julián Murillo.

De acuerdo a las investigaciones, la víctima supuestamente cortejaba a la misma mujer que su hermano lo que originó una pelea entre ellos; misma que finalizó con la muerte por arma de fuego de Julián el pasado 4 de octubre del año 2020.
