Capturan mujer acusada de vender a su hija para explotación Sexual

Junto a la mujer también fue capturado un campesino acusado de abusar de la niña

Tela, Atlántida, Honduras. www.loschuñas.com. Funcionarios de investigación realizaron este jueves la captura de una madre por comercializar sexualmente a su hija menor de edad y a su vez se requirió al supuesto abusador.

La Policía Nacional a través de la Dirección Policial de Investigaciones DPI, realiza este día una operación policial en varios sectores del país, con el propósito de capturar a supuestos responsables de delitos contra la mujer.

Mediante allanamientos con autorización judicial, se procedió a capturar en la colonia ANACH de la aldea Mezapa del municipio de Tela, a una mujer de 41 años, originaria de Balfate, Colón.

A ella se le siguen diligencias por el delito de trata de personas en su modalidad de facilitación para la exploración sexual comercial agravada en perjuicio de su propia hija de 15 años.

Su orden de captura fue girada en fecha 17 de febrero del 2021, por el Juzgado de Letras Seccional de Tela. Asimismo, en el barrio El Centro de la aldea Mezapa del municipio de Tela, fue capturado un hombre de 59 años, de oficio agricultor, originario de El Progreso, Yoro.

Los agentes, le ejecutaron una orden judicial girada en fecha 17 de febrero del 2021, por el Juzgado de Letras Seccional de Tela. En el documento se establece que se le siguen diligencias por suponerlo responsable de la violación de una menor de 15 años.

De acuerdo al expediente investigativo, la víctima venía siendo comercializada y abusada desde hace un año. La DPI pondrá a ambos sospechosos a disposición de las autoridades competentes para que se continúe con el proceso legal en su contra. Fuente Policía Nacional.
