Intibucá, Honduras. www.loschuñas.com. Producto de una efectiva investigación, la Policía Nacional detuvo la tarde del viernes a un militar como supuesto responsable de la muerte de su compañera de hogar.
Las diligencias investigativas fueron realizadas por la Dirección Policial de Investigaciones DPI bajo el asesoramiento técnico jurídico del Ministerio Público.
La captura del sospechoso se realizó a eso de las 5:00 horas de la tarde en la aldea Ologosi del municipio de Intibucá.
Es sospechoso es un militar activo de 24 años, originario y residente en la aldea Pueblo Viejo del sector Santa Cruz Alta del municipio de Intibucá.
Los agentes le informaron sobre sus derechos y que será remitido al Juzgado competente para que se le siga un proceso legal por la comisión del delito de Femicidio.
La víctima fue identificada como Nora Leticia Pineda González de 25 años de edad, originaria y residente en la aldea Ologosi, mismo lugar donde ocurrió el crimen.
De acuerdo a las investigaciones, el día jueves 11 de marzo de este año, a eso de las 8:00 horas de la noche, se dio la alerta de que una fémina aparentemente se había suicidado; de inmediato un equipo conformado por agentes de investigación, prevención y del Ministerio Público, se desplazó hasta la aldea Ologosi a realizar el respectivo levantamiento.
Al procesar la escena, obtener declaraciones y levantar indicios se observaron muchas inconsistencias.
Con el propósito de aportar fortaleza al expediente, se profundizó en la investigación logrando determinar que se trataba de un homicidio y que el responsable era el compañero de hogar de la víctima.
En el sistema policial se pudo verificar que a través del Módulo de Atención Integral Especializado MAIE, se le había prestado asistencia a la víctima por violencia doméstica.
En ese sentido, la DPI pondrá al ahora arrestado a disposición de las autoridades judiciales de Intibucá, para que se proceda conforme a ley corresponde. Fuente Policía Nacional.
