Ante tribunales sampedranos fiscales logran sentencias condenatorias por delitos contra la vida y abuso sexual

San Pedro Sula, Cortés. Agentes de tribunales de la Fiscalía Especial de  Delitos Contra la Vida (FEDCV), en audiencia de estricta conformidad lograron sentencia condenatoria de 11 años con tres meses de reclusión contra un individuo vinculado al delito de homicidio en su grado de ejecución de tentativa acabada en  perjuicio de un testigo protegido.

Luis Antonio Hernández Pérez, quien también fue condenado a la inhabilitación absoluta, cometió el hecho en fecha 28 de septiembre de 2020, en la 7 calle entre la 11 y 12 avenida del barrio Paz Barahona en San Pedro Sula.

Por otra parte, La FEDCV, dio a conocer los resultados de la audiencia de declaración de imputado en donde se le decretó la medida de detención judicial a Darwin Nahún García, por suponerlo responsable del delito de asesinato en perjuicio de William Antonio Contreras Contreras y por asociación para delinquir, los hechos tuvieron lugar en los bordos de la colonia Nuevos Horizontes en San Pedro Sula.

A José Edyn Lazo Alvarado, se le remitió al centro penal de El Progreso, Yoro por sospechas del delito de homicidio en su grado de ejecución de tentativa inacabada y autoridades judiciales competentes libraron orden de captura  en contra de una persona del sexo femenino por un hecho violento que sucedió en la aldea Dos Caminos, en Santa Cruz de Yojoa, Cortés.

Además, se libró orden de captura contra un hombre como supuesto responsable del delito de homicidio en perjuicio del menor de edad David Alejandro Suazo Fernández, el lamentable hecho ocurrió el pasado 24 de marzo en la zona del Campo Omonita en La Lima, Cortés.

Por su parte la Fiscalía Especial de Protección a la Niñez, en audiencia inicial obtuvo el auto de formal procesamiento con la medida de prisión preventiva contra Milton Gerardo Fajardo por suponerlo responsable del delito de violación agravada y privación injusta de la libertad en perjuicio de una menor de edad.

Mientras que, en el caso contra José Luis Acosta Pineda, a éste, se le condenó en audiencia de procedimiento abreviado a la pena de seis años con tres meses y siete días de reclusión por el delito de otras agresiones sexuales continuadas.

Los agentes de tribunales también evacuaron diferentes audiencias contra menores de edad considerados infractores de los delitos de extorsión, robo en su grado de ejecución de tentativa y violencia calificada agravada.

La Unidad Especial contra la Trata, Explotación Sexual, Comercial y Tráfico de Personas (UTESCTP), logró un auto de formal procesamiento contra Arnold Javier Estrada Cruz, Bayron Javier Estrada Cruz y Allan Edgardo Benedit Rodríguez por tráfico ilícito de personas con destino a Estados Unidos.
