71 detenidos, armas y drogas decomisadas reporta la operación “NÉMESIS IV” en la zona central

Comayagua. Comayagua. En el marco de la operación “NÉMESIS IV” que lidera el Ministerio Público (MP) a nivel nacional, la Fiscalía Regional de Comayagua ha liderado la ejecución de 17 allanamientos de morada y múltiples operativos, logrando hasta este momento la detención de 71 personas vinculadas a distintos delitos en Comayagua, La Paz e Intibucá.

Además, mediante estas acciones se ha logrado el decomiso de quince armas de fuego de diferentes calibre y siete decomisos de droga, en su mayoría supuesta marihuana, iniciando el proceso penal en contra de los relacionados con esos ilícitos.

Adicional a las detenciones y decomisos, a través de las distintas sedes fiscales de esta regional del MP, se presentaron 57 requerimientos fiscales, solicitando orden de captura en varios expedientes para llevar ante la justicia a supuestos autores de diversos delitos.

Por otra parte, las distintas fiscalías han realizado inspecciones en materia de protección al consumidor en distintos comercios, así como recorridos en zonas forestales para prevenir delitos en perjuicio del medio ambiente, así como otras acciones a favor de la sociedad, lideradas por Fiscales del MP.
